Working Out vs Working In
I like to compare the human body to a bank account.
If you’re body or bank account is consistently expending energy (training) or “spending”
money and you’re never “depositing” money back in to your account or body, you will
eventually bounce a check or experience an injury.
This analogy shows that your body is capable of not only going “broke(n)” by working
“out” too much but it is just as capable of healing itself by working “in” more often.
Working “out” is training/participating in physical activity and essentially “tearing down”
muscle tissue while Working “in” are activities that heal or repair like:

• Tai Chi

provide Whole Body Cryo Therapy, Spot Treatment Cryo Therapy, Infrared Sauna/Heat
Therapy and Normatec Compression Boot therapy.

Fitness Programs for Every Level & Budget
Foundations: You can’t build a great home without a solid foundation. Likewise, before
we begin to build more advanced layers of fitness, you first need to establish proper
movement and a base level of conditioning. With a challenging, full-body program,
Foundations will ensure that you avoid injury, make progress at your pace and begin to
path to success.
Strength/Small Group Training Sessions: In the Small Group setting, we will place you
in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. During your training sessions,
you will meet with one of our certified trainers in our Small Group format (2-4 people). In
this personalized setting, you will benefit from in-depth instruction while focusing on
your specific goals. It’s just as good as private personal training at a fraction of the cost
— with the added motivation of your workout partners.
Afterburn: Are you ready for something different? Many people strength train with
weights, while others do cardio or aerobics — somewhere between is Afterburn, the
ultimate fat loss workout. Some of that tools are techniques may seem new to you, but
many have been around for over 100 years! Not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories
an hour, but you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout
Conditioning- Are you ready for something different? Many people strength train with

Personal Training- Are you struggling to reach your fitness goals? Confused by all of the
conflicting information from friends, fitness magazines and trainers? We can help! Using
our 20 years of experience, an in-depth assessment and your specific goals, we will
design a program that will finally help you look good and feel great! During your training
sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in a private format. We’ll help
you to reach your fitness goals!
Durability- Our version of Yoga that we use to recover from workouts throughout the
training week. This unique program uses Foam Rollers or other massage tools to
improve tissue quality, increase blood flow and decrease soreness. We then move into
something we call “joint by joint” section where we isolate and mobilize each of the
joints to promoted healing and improve joint mobility. We then move into the Stretching
portion of the program where we specifically target muscles that we have focused on
throughout the training week. Lastly we move into the mediation phase where we lie
quietly focusing on breath and mindfulness.
As you can see we believe in working hard, but smart. We believe in being strong but
mobile. Lastly, we believe in looking good but not at the expense of being healthy.

teaches and promotes health from the inside out. A training system that builds usable
muscle through smart movement. A system that increases performance through
balanced programming and a system that decreases injury through innovative
